Как сообщается в отчете BNEF, об отказе от угля объявили семь стран Европейского союза. Великобритания уже опубликовала план по поэтапному отказу, от других соответствующие планы ожидаются в этом году.
Отказ от угля в 2018 году развитие ВИЭ – тема модная, в том числе и в Евросоюзе. Отказ от угля семи европейских стран даст снижение по отношению к мировым выбросам на доли процента. И ощутимых результатов не даст – это уровень погрешности.
На порядок выше по уничтожению в атмосфере углекислого газа и ядовитого смога дают природные технологии.
